Download the Application Extract files and save to your applications folder |

Launch the App Enter your username and password |

Upload your company logo into the ‘My Details’ section. This is important as it brands any email you send to others. |

There are now three different barcode types: 'Safe-Disclosure', 'Rights Reserved' and 'Free Use'. |

Safe-Disclosure barcodes are to be used on pre-commercialised projects. One barcode can be used on all projects files. |

Rights Reserved barcodes are to be used on completed written or visual items shared or displayed online that payment or crediting is needed for use. One barcode to be used per item. |

 |
Free Use barcodes are to be used on completed written or visual items shared or displayed online that you are happy for others to use, re-use or re-mix without payment. One barcode to be used per item. |

Select one of the barcode types and add a new project or item to your barcode library. Complete the project title and client details. |

Create a new barcode for your project by clicking the ‘Create Barcode’ button. |

Your Creative Barcode is then automatically generated. Each barcode contains a unique ID and link to its details. A second type of Barcode is now available for use on completed projects. |

Following the link embedded within the Creative Barcode will display the user and client details. Following the 'completed projects' Barcode will only display the user's details. The content of the barcoded files are protected by the terms and conditions set out in the Trust Charter. |

Copy your barcode to the clipboard and paste it into: • Documents/proposals • Concept visuals • Video • Film • Photographic images • Illustrations |
