Would the world would be a more innovative place if Intellectual Property Law did not exist?
Intellectual Property is currently under review in most major nations around the world which will lead to changes in the IP eco-system to make it fit for purpose in a digital age and more affordable for Creators.
However - what would the innovation and creative landscape look like if all IP laws were dispensed with?
Would it encourage more innovation or just open up the field for those lacking in creativity and innovative ideas to ride off of the talents and concept works of those who are talented?
How would the economic structure of the creative and innovation industries need to change if IP law was extinct? Would it make them more valuable or less?
